Created by a French nutrition coach, Fast French Food is a meal planning service that provides you with easy and delicious French dinner plans, recipes, and grocery lists that save you time and help you eat healthy. How It Works

Step 1: Plan

Get notified every Thursday about your 5 dinner recipes planned for the upcoming week, and access your recipes and convenient printable grocery list via your personal dashboard.

Step 2: Cook

Prepare a simple, healthy, and delicious French meal using the easy-to-follow recipes. The recipes average only 5 to 15 minutes of active cooking time, and you can have dinner on the table from start to finish in just 10 to 45 minutes.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Dinner is a time to experience joy and connection with your family. That’s easy to do when you take the stress out of dinner preparation, while knowing you’re eating food that’s good for you and tastes great.

Our Inspiration

Hi! I’m Laura, the transformational nutrition coach behind Fast French Food. I’m from France but currently living in the U.S. In my career, I work with people on eating habits and nutrition, and yet I was surprised at just how different the mindsets around food are between France and the U.S.

I believe, and have seen with personal experience, that the French way of eating can transform minds, bodies, and lives. By focusing on quality foods, fast recipes, and proper portions, you too can see the health benefits of eating like the French.
